- Lucozade Sport Low Cal Lemon & Lime is a great tasting fitness drink. It contains 10g of carbohydrate per 500ml serve, for shorter or less intense training sessions, typically under 60 minutes. With 70% less sugar than regular Lucozade Sport and only 50 calories per 500ml serving, this low calorie fitness drink is the ideal training partner. We have added Vitamin B3 to help your body’s normal energy release, and Vitamins B5, B6 & B12 to help keep you from feeling tired. The easy to open, sports cap delivers great tasting refreshment when you need it most.
