If you’re looking for the perfect celebratory drink, then a sparkling white wine from Italy is the front-runner.
We recommend a bottle of Perlezza prosecco because it’s fresh, fruity and super easy to drink. It’s also a budget-friendly option too. So you won’t break the bank if you’re after a few bottles to quench the thirst of party-goers at your next house party. Most of our Prosecco is available in mini bottles, which is ideal if you prefer the odd glass every now and then, without popping open a whole bottle.
When it comes to food pairings, it goes without saying that Italian white wine is best enjoyed with Italian cuisine. Whether it’s pizza, pasta or fish, you name it, it tastes delicious with a glass of white wine by its side. And we stock some of the most wanted Pinot Grigio around. Pinot Grigio is one of the most popular white wines both in Italy, and across the world. It’s typically crisp, dry and light-bodied, with tasting notes of green apple, lemon and pear. Its fresh and fruity taste can be paired with equally fresh salads and light pasta dishes, making it the drink of choice for al fresco dining.
