How to make an Apple Tart with White Chocolate & Mixed Berry Ice Cream
To create delicious treats at home this summer all you need is a tub of SPAR’s ice cream and some cupboard essentials. Elevate your ice cream dishes with this simple recipe!
What you'll need:
- 1 x puff pastry sheet
- 2 x cooking apples
- 1 x egg
- 20g caster sugar
- 1 x tub of SPAR White Chocolate Ice Cream with Mixed Berry Sauce and Dark Belgian Chocolate Shavings
Method:
- Using ready-made puff pastry, lay out the sheet and cut in half, then divide each of these bits into 3 so you have 6 pieces
- Halve and core two apples, leaving the skin on, and thinly slice each apple half
- Place one sliced apple half face down in the centre of each pastry piece, brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with caster sugar
- Bake for 15 minutes and serve with SPAR’s indulgent White Chocolate with Mixed Berry Sauce Ice Cream
