What you'll need:
- 30ml Kahlua
- 30ml Absolut Vanilla Vodka
- 30ml Espresso
- 15ml SPAR Mint Humbugs
- Whipping cream
- Ice
Method:
- First create your mint humbug syrup. Take 5 mint humbugs and 100ml of water in a small pan on the stove. Heat and stir until humbugs are dissolved. Cool and keep in the fridge.Â
- Shake Kahlua, Absolute Vanilla Vodka, Espresso and your homemade mint humbug syrup with ice.
- Strain into a cocktail glass, topped with whipped cream.Â
- Garnish with a mini candy cane!
