How to make Healthy Pancakes

This easy pancake recipe is delicious but still healthy! Check it out and you'll be flipping in no time! 

What you'll need:

  • 45g whole wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 TSP baking powder
  • 1 TSP of vanilla
  • 50 ml of milk
  • 1 TBSP of date molasses

Method:

  1. In a small mixing bowl, add the flour, 1 egg, baking powder, milk and date molasses and mix well.
  2. Once it is ready, preheat your pan and spray it with oil to prevent pancakes from sticking.
  3. Cook the pancake on each side for a few minutes until brown.
  4. Your pancakes are ready to serve.
  5. Top with some strawberry and kiwi.
