Overnight Oats
When you've got busy mornings yet still want to be healthy, speed up breakfast time by making these overnight oats the night before. Easily adaptable to include different types of milk and different kinds of toppings.

How to make Overnight Oats
Why not adapt this simple overnight oat recipe to mix up your breakfast? Using the base ingredients, adapt to create the perfect flavour combination! From Blueberry Muffin, peanut butter & chocolate chip and banana and walnut, the toppings really are endless! What would you top yours with?
What you'll need:
Base ingredients:
50g rolled porridge oats
2tbsp natural yogurt
½ cup of milk or any other milk alternative
Blueberry Muffin
Handful of blueberries mashed
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp lemon zest, plus extra for topping
Chocolate Peanut Butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp of peanut butter
3 tbsp of cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping:
Peanut Butter
Chocolate chips
Banana & Walnut
1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
¼ pure vanilla extract
Topping:
Banana sliced
Roughly chopped walnuts
Method:
- Add your oats, milk and yogurt into a jar and stir.
- Add the extra ingredients required based on which flavour combination you want to use.
- Leave in the fridge overnight.
- Take out the next day and simply top with your desired toppings - Enjoy!
