How to make a Tinto de Veranda
Ideal for those hot summer days (when the sun makes an appearance) this refreshing drink can be made with just a few simple ingredients.
Notes: If Dandelion & Burdock isn’t for switch out with a citrus flavoured soda water.

What you'll need:
- 125ml Red Wine
- 75ml Dandelion & Burdock
- 5 x orange slices
- Fresh mint
- Ice
Method:
- Squeeze an orange slice into a highball glass
- Fill the glass with ice
- Add 2 x orange slices into the side of your glass
- Add 125ml of Red wine
- Top with 75ml of dandelion & burdock
- Stir gently with a cocktail stirrer
- Garnish with a slice of orange and a sprig of mint
