To create delicious treats at home this summer all you need is a tub of SPAR’s ice cream and some cupboard essentials. Elevate your ice cream dishes with this simple recipe!
What you'll need:

- Simply make a shot of short black coffee (espresso), add two scoops of SPAR’s Vanilla and Salted Caramel Ice Cream to a glass or dish, and pour over
- The hot coffee will melt the ice cream and create the perfect bitter and sweet taste
- You can even add a tablespoon of your favourite liqueur - such as Amaretto, Kahlua or Rum
