Watermelon Fries with a Greek Yogurt Dip
Tired of boring side dishes? Get creative in the kitchen and add some flavour to your plate with Watermelon Fries! They’re healthy, quick, easy, and most importantly, delicious!
What you'll need:
- ¼ watermelon (and any other fruit you’d like to include)
- 150g Greek yogurt, or regular yogurt with a coconut flavour. Can also substitute 100g normal yogurt with 50g coconut cream.
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- 1 lime/lemon
Method:
- Slice fruit into fry sized pieces.
- Combine the remainder of ingredients to make dip.
- Dip fruit and enjoy!
