How to make Watermelon Fries with a Greek Yogurt Dip

This dish is full of flavours and textures perfect for a refreshing summer treat. Plus, it's quick and easy to make, so you can enjoy it without spending hours in the kitchen.

What you'll need:

  • ¼ watermelon (and any other fruit you’d like to include)
  • 150g Greek yogurt, or regular yogurt with a coconut flavour. Can also substitute 100g normal yogurt with 50g coconut cream.
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes 
  • 1 lime/lemon

Method:

  1. Slice fruit into fry sized pieces.
  2. Combine the remainder of ingredients to make dip.
  3. Dip fruit and enjoy!
